What are your shipping policies?
We ship orders via USPS. We work very hard to fulfill order within 24 hrs of receiving them but please allow for 2-3 day for processing (unless you purchased your item on backorder). Domestic orders can expect their packages to be delivered within 5-7 business day with standard first class shipping. If you have any questions please email email@example.com Lost packages: If your tracking information is reported as successful delivery but, you have not received it please contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811. Please understand that we can not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order. International Shipping: Any orders shipped internationally are subject to taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These “import fees” are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will be their obligation to pay at time of delivery.
What is your return policy?
Angels and Tomboys accepts returns within 14 days of delivery date and that meet the following requirements: Product must be in new, untampered condition and purchased directly from angelsandtomboys.com. Please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org for complete instructions for 'returns.' Subject line please type: Return. Angels and Tomboys reserves the right to deny refund if product does not meet policy requirements. Please allow 2-3 days for returns to be processed. Once the return is approved we will refund the amount paid to the original credit card. We do not refund any shipping charges. We do not accept any “final sale” items for a return.
Do you accept exchanges?
Angels and Tomboys is happy to offer an exchange if we have the new product in stock. We suggest if the product you want is in stock you should buy it and then “return” the one you don’t want. Our inventory moves very quickly and chances are once we process your exchange the item you want will be sold out! All exchanges must follow the same requirements as a return which are: Product must be in new, untampered condition and purchased directly from angelsandtomboys.com.
